Established in 2004, Aliment-Meat (Inner Mongolia) Co., Ltd. is a Sino-British joint venture, which is specialized in better breeds developing, farm-based raising and slaughtering lamb. By introducing the advanced
equipment from the United States and Germany, and adopting Australian cutting standard, we have more than 100 categories of lamb
products available, including lamb carcasses, four-way cuts, six-way cuts,
rack french, shank french and so on.
Taking "improving lamb-processing in China" as its duty, we are actively engaged in production, research, development and marketing implementations, including better breeds developing, farm-based raising, meat-processing, medicine making by biological means and
leather processing, with slaughtering and meat-processing taking the lead.
In its first phase of development, the company is located in the Shengle Economic Zone in Helinger County of Huhhot City in Inner Mongolia. It is mainly engaged in slaughtering and processing lamb
products. Having introduced internationally advanced slaughtering assembly line from Australia, a whole set of meat-separating
equipment from Germany and the vacuum hot-shrinking
equipment from the United States, the company can slaughter 1.5 million heads of lambs and produce about 25,000 metric tons of meat finely in the way of Muslims hang and slaughter annually.
The
quality of lamb is determined by the breeds and how they are raised. We choose the triple hybrids from
good Mongolian and other foreign
quality breeds for meat, and keep them in the bordering areas of agriculture and animal husbandry, which have
unique conditions for raising and fattening lambs, which, at the age of 6-8 months, have not only reached the fattening standards of Australia, but also can produce meat as
good as that of any lambs abroad in every season of the year.
Strict management in production and
quality control ensure high
quality products. Therefore, we strictly abide by the HACCP regulations and the GMP operating rules. We have set warning and control systems supervising the key stages including slaughtering, separating, packaging, freezing, transporting and marketing. All the
parts of the body of a lamb before and after it is slaughtered are monitored and examined during the whole process of production with the help of advanced traceable
bar code. With
computers monitoring the temperature and moisture, we manage to maintain its natural freshness and tender the meat of lamb by adopting the
technology chilling in low temperature and processing it before it is frozen. The lamb is finely separated according to the standards set by Australians, and packed with the advanced thermo-contracting
technology and
packaging material.
