Attention for installation & operation
Before installation, the cylinder should be first subjected to preliminary operation
under unload condition and accepted as qualified.
Choose the installation types according to the service conditions and note the following
clauses with care during installation.
A.The apply force should be on the same plane when mounting the tongue and intermediate
shaft pin.
B.When mounting the flange ,the apply force and the support center should be on the
same shaft axis, The flange and the flange the fulcrum bearing should with connected
that the flange face is subjected to the apply force but not the set screw
subjected to the tensile force.
C.The air cylinder piston rod should not be subjected to unbalance loading or lateral
load. The air cylinder with over-length travel should be equipped with supporting
device or guide means. Before connecting the air cylinder to the pipe, the
pipe should be first cleaned out so as to prevent waste from entering the air
cylinder. Fastenings should be often checked up in order to avoid losing.
If it is necessary, the throttle-valve can be regulated to adjust the buffer effect
and protect the piston from colliding with the cylinder head, which may damage
the parts.
