Ringlock (Layher) Standard

Description:
Compared with cup lock scaffold, all-round scaffold is a new type of scaffold, using
48x3.5mm Q235 steel tube or G16 steel tube of high intensity as the main
components, with the ledger connected to the ring-round buckle. Every certain
distance, a ring-round buckle is welded onto the standard with a sleeve at the
base. The ledger is a tube with a pin plug welded to each end. The structure of
ring-round is shown above. All-round scaffold is applicable to multi-storey
buildings, two-storey home buildings, crossovers, bridges, tunnels as well as
decoration projects.

Features:
1) Multi-function: all-round scaffold can be fitted into different construction
equipment of module 0.6m for various purpose, sizes, modules and loads,
such as monomeric and dimerous scaffolds, props, rakers, all-round scaffold
towers and hoists. It can also from a curve
2) High efficiency: the speed of erecting and dismantling all-round compared
with cuplock standard of the same length
3) Convenience: a reduction of 5 - 8% in the weight of all-round standard
compared with cuplock standard of the same length
4) Heavy load capacity: the ring-round has a reliable axial anti-oscillating force,
with all axes meeting at the center. The number of the connected ledgers is
about 2 times of that of the cuplock connection. Compared with cuplock
scaffold, the whole stability and intensity of all-round scaffold is enhanced
by 20%
5) Reliability and safeness: all-round scaffold has an independent self-locking
wedge structure. Because of its mutual lock system and gravity, the ledger will
not come off even when the pin is not plugged tightly
6) Good overall benefit: all the components are standardized and convenient for
transport and stock management, with lower cost, higher durability and less
risk of components loss
