Hydraulic Track Lifting & Track Lining Device is a special purpose tool used for railway track maintenance. It can be used for lifting and lining the track both inside and outside the rail. The machine can operate safely in high working efficiency and in superior working quality. By using this kind of machine the laboring intensity of track maintenance can be reduced greatly. The machine is suitable for the rails of 75kg/m or below, especially for the tracks with concrete sleepers. This machine can be operated together with the small-sized hydraulic damping machine. In switch areas three or more sets of the device should be used and the operation efficiency is excellent. With the three pivot points and four-bar linkages, the machine has an excellent operation performance and the working force is powerful. In order to ensure the safety of operation, the machine has a fast return valve and an overflow valve in oil system.
