Description:

The machine unit is suitable for such fields as pharmaceutical, food,

Working principles:
1) The machine unit is made up of charging bucket, stepped gear,
pulverizing knife, gearing, pulverizing motor, discharging port,
fan blade, aggregating box, and dust collection box
2) The material is fed into the pulverizing room through the charging
bucket, and pulverized through knife with high rotation
3) The fineness of the material is controlled by the adjustment of
gap between stepped gear and stepped pan
4) The well-processed material is suctioned from the pulverizing room
to the cyclone separator by fan blade with high rotation and then
goes into the aggregating box passing through the star valve
5) The half-processed material will remain to be pulverized in the
pulverizing room
6) The dust is collected by the dust collection box and reused
7) The machine unit is designed according to GMP standards
8) It is featured with simple structure, convenient operation and
cleaning, small noise, and high output
9) The machine is made of stainless steel with high quality
10) There is no dust during the pulverizing
