PU double-color upper-joined injection is the most advanced equipment of shoes manufacturing at present world. It can make various polyurethane upper-joined leather shoes, fallow shoes, sports shoes and mine labor insurance shoes.It shoes new outer looking reach the level of Germany and Italy.It uses industrial computer(PC) conntrolling high automtization and just needs 5-8 operating workers and can entering production of equipped with suitable uppers. It overcomes the traditional trivial details of process and expensive equipment investment for shoes manufacturing (this equipment is equipped with 24 working positions, the rotal weight is about 15 tons included the main body and assist machine set, power:50KW). The date output is 2500-3500 pairs for various shoes with features of good shaping ,beautiful and no coming unglued. for example,improting one set the same equipment of Germany and Italy needing over 8 millions yuan RMR and it is quite difficult to get the repair and maintain and spare parts. The price of our product is just only 1/5 of importing price and with convenient and vary and in time after service.
