The seal part looks flat and beautiful by adopting the intellectual temperature control system.

This machine can complete the products measuring, conveying & feeding, filling and bag forming, code& date printing and bags counting whole process automatically if equipped with the measuring device together.

The touch screen does the setting and changing of the parameters of the packing. There will be ten different kinds of packing processing parameters stored in the touch screen. They can be used whenever the packing stuff was changed and no need for re-setting.

There is also the function of trouble display. If there are any faults, the reasons and the locations of the faults will be displayed on the touch screen automatically, and this will be helpful for troubleshooting. It adopts the Japanese Mitsubishi servo motor paper pulling system. In the sealing cut position, it adopts the automatic lining device, thus has higher-level automation.

The driving & controlling core composed by programmable controller, servo-motor and friendly human-machine interface, etc. improving ultimately the control precision, adjusting size, reliability and intelligence.

Removing the barriers and troubles timely by setting the problem indicating system.

Forming the pillow-type bag and hanging hole-bag if required by the customer.

Applicable objects for packaging:

Suitable for automatically packaging the inflated food, fruit & vegetable, candies, dry fruit, melon seeds, fried food seeds, color-adding pieces, anti-damp bead, sugar, monosodium glutamate and tea etc.
