Our main products include various transformers, prefabricated substations (European-pattern tank-type transformer substation), pad-mounted transformers (American-pattern tank-type transformer), and cable distribution cabinets.

Located in Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province, our company enjoys convenient transportation access because of adjoining 3 highways (Fokai Highway, Zhongjiang Highway and West Guangdong Circumlittoral Super Highway). It takes only 20 minutes to go to the Xinhui Port or 3-4 hours to go to Shenzhen Port by truck.

International technology:
International advanced technology are well adopted including seal technology, core with oval cross section and winding, core lamination with 4-level-lap mitered joints, copper foil used for LV winding, and the HV winding wound directly onto the LV one. Our transformer products are made by advanced manufacturing techniques such as no stacking of upper yoke before putting windings through the limb. Solid wood rods are used in windings to form oil ducts. The winding process is controlled by computer. Wiring gets flexible connection and vacuum oil filling.

Equipment and inspecting instruments:
We have first-rate production equipment and inspecting instruments including CNC core production line, foil winding machine, automatic winding machine, pressure-altering vacuum drying oven, vacuum oil filling equipment, power-heating constant-temperature drying oven for windings, high efficient two-step vacuum oil filter, BZ comprehensive device for transformer inspection, ZBC auto-meter for measuring voltage ratio and YJJ instrument for measuring insulation oil dielectric strength. The above advanced technology and equipment ensure our high-quality products.
