Established in 1986, Hangzhou New Guanshi Garments Co., Ltd. is located in Qiaosi of Hangzhou City which is just 1000 meters away from the entrance of Huhang expressway, thus we have very convenient transportation access.

With 400 technical workers, we specialize in making woven casual jackets, pants, and garments washable or not, and we have many experiences in controlling the garment quality after washing. Moreover, we are also good at making ladies fashions with EMB, dip-dye, tie-dye and beads. We also make all kinds of scarves. They are over 1,000 styles of scarves in our show room.

After 20 years, our company has become one of the biggest scarf and garment exporters in Hangzhou City. All of our products are exported to Japan, France, Germany, Europe and the USA.
