Import & Export Clearance Custodianship

Description:
1. Deal with agency and custodianship for all clearance businesses of domestic and foreign clients, manufacturers, and three-capital joint ventures;

2. Handle incomplete formalities: The Company solves the problems caused by such factors as importing goods and equipment temporarily without buyers after arrival at the ports without import approvals, permits or contracts, without check and inspection, so as to avoid loss and troubles due to the goods stay in ports and report delay and need to handle formalities for bonded warehousing. By this way, enterprises can report and take delivery of goods at any time or report and take delivery of goods in batches after formalities are ready at their own discretion.

3. Shortage of new contracts and verification for canceling contracts: For the domestic clients, three-capital JVCs, the Company solves difficulty that contracts are unable to verify for canceling for mature goods of contracts are unable to export due to the reasons arising from overseas traders or orders and prices, in which case we can assist clients to export the goods to the Free Trade Zone and handle the canceling of contracts and foreign exchange canceling form so as to obtain new contracts and foriegn exchange canceling form for the smooth production. The export will be finished by dispatching goods in batches or in whole after the overseas factors are solved.

4. Fine Processing Moving: The Company solves the difficulty that three-capital enterprises meet in moving their materials to other factories for fine processing. Enterprises moving or receiving the materials for fine processing do not need to apply with the customs house for special contracts of moving their materials to other factories, which enlarges the use scope and flexibility of contracts, and the condition will not occur that clearance is not settled due to the nonconformity of goods names, specifications and unit prices in different contracts.
