Low Foam Wetting Dispersant

Description:
1. Product properties: The chemical content is alkylaryl polyether
The product has distinct low suds,excellent dispersing properties, especially suitable for preparation of emulsive paint glue and other water-based colored system. Compared with TRITON CF-10 produced by the USA Joint-Carbon Co., the low suds and moistening effect is generally the same. The only differece is that the JSCF-10 places more importance on the coordinating properties, so that the single product has multifuctions.

3. Surface activity: JSCF-10 can dramatically reduce the surface strain, and is especially effective when the concentration is low, compared with other surfactants.

4.The properties of foam: The foam properties of JSCF-10 is close relateed to the temperature, the higher the temperature, the less the foam as compared with other moistener. And when the temperature is above 37.8, the foam is extremely low even stired violently.

5. Application: to produce emulsive paint
JSCF-10 is a kind of common low suds moistening and dispersing aids for emulsive paint( please refer to graph 2), and may acquire the maximum benefit from low suds properties at 37.8 or higher temperature, which generally can be reached at high-speed color dispersing.
In most paints formula, when the JSCF-10 is used separately, the consumption is 0.5~3.0%, JSCF-10 is generally used as the dispersing agents for the identical colored materials, such as Tamol731,Tamol850,Tamol960, the mixture present the maximum efficiency under the lowest consumptions of 0.1~0.5%.
