The facility occupies 235 acres, building area up to 85, 000 square meter, equipped with 4 billet casting furnaces, 18 direct or indirect extrusion presses, 4 heat-treatment furnaces, with a production capacity of 30, 000 metric ton per year.
Main products are aluminum bicycle rims, motorcycle rims, heatsink, seamless tube, porthole tube and other custom made aluminum extrusion profiles.
Start from engineering, material development and research, die-making, aluminum billet casting, aluminum extrusion, heat treatment, to the shaping of aluminum rim and surface finishing, all of which can be completed with excellent quality control system.
