Description:
K1815 Integrated Reader is an antenna, radio frequency (RF) module, tag decoder, and power supply in one Integrated Reader package. The Integrated Reader is ideal for logistic management and vehicle access control applications. Operating at specified frequencies in the 902 MHz -928 MHz band, the Integrated Reader generates an RF signal that is reflected from a RF identification tag. The reader then decodes the tag data carried by the reflected signal. This data is transmitted to a local security panel or host computer for processing. K1815 is compatible with ISO 18000-6B tags. K1815 is compatible with ISO 18000-6C and EPC Class 0/1 and Gen 2 tags. The Integrated Reader reads tags and formats them to a wide range of industry-standard proprietary formats, including Wiegand 26-bit standard format. The customer can specify custom Wiegand 26-bit to 34-bit (inclusive) formats to match identification card formats used by existing systems. The reader has a durable ABS case. The enclosure includes an up-and-down adjustable bracket for pole mounting. The Reader is quickly and easily installed and tested by trained personnel.
