Five production lines to handle your volume orders
We will handle your volume orders at our 5,000-square-meter factory equipped with five production lines. Our monthly capacity is 60,000 tubes, 50,000 bulbs, 4,000-square-meter displays and 30,000 controllers. We accept minimum orders of 1,000 units and deliver in 20 days.
Using an MIL-STD-105E sampling scheme and Japan-made testers
We ensure premium quality from the start by using materials that have been inspected using an MIL-STD-105E sampling scheme. This quality is carried through to the production floor, where 28 QC technicians perform testing using Japan-made Chroma meters and brightness testers. All our operations are ISO 9001:2000 certified and our products meet the IP65 standard.
