1 Semi-finished Products: Solid Wood Strips
Scantlings
For making bed and furniture frames and base frames, obtained from freshly cut or artifically dried raw
material, planed and trimmed to length

2 Semi-finished Products/Slatted Frames
Uniply

Uniply made from high-quality rotary veneers 100 percent glued lengthwise or with 2 cross-veneers to
obtain optimum elasticity, compression and tensile strength. Product is available as a sheet or pre-cut
(strips) in different stages of machining.


3 Molded Plywood
Sprung slats
Types of wood:Birch, beech, poplar
Surface:Natural, resin-coated, lacquered, laminated on one or both sides
Bonding:E.1 interior bonding
Radius:3500, 4000, 5000, 8000, 9000 mm
Thickness,width,length is made to your request.

4 Uniply
Types of wood:Birch, beech
Surface:Natural and resin-coated in B,BB,BBB, decorative foil laminated on one or both sides, coated 4 sides
Bonding:E.1 interior bonding
Processing:Facing edges chamfered, rounded or sharp-edged
Surfaces drilled and countersunk, end faces doweled
