We order the pvc material ( special color or other request of clients) from     material factory.　　2. Cut the pvc material in piece from roll , as product's mold.3. Printing the design on the pvc material.4. Inspect the printing, show away the bad one.5. Use the high-frequency machine to hot sealed the pvc material together.6. Inflated all the products and keep them about 4 hours in one room, to inspect whether they are released.7. Packing in single polybag. Then packed in carton.
