These can be used as CD mailers, book mailers and any packaging of other fragile goods.
While Bubble Mailers are our most popular type of Shipping Envelope, some customers prefer our Padded Envelopes. These Padded Mailers have paper padding instead of bubble cushioning. This recycled fiber padding absorbs shock and protects your products during shipment. Padded Envelopes are available in heat seal and self-seal styles.
We also produce Rigid Mailers that are designed and constructed to rigid during shipment. Since the Rigid Mailers resist bending and crushing, additional stiffeners are not needed when shipping bendable items. These mailers are perfect for shipping and mailing photos, important documents, artwork, posters and CDs.
We operate a 12,000-square-meter factory, equipped with five production lines, plus a workforce 100 plus experienced workers, enables us to produce 6, 000, 000 pcs of envelopes every month, while 90% of which is for overseas markets.
