Main properties:
High-performance open-type press with fixed bed of series JZ21 has features of:
1.    High rigidity: steel welded frame with less deformation to ensure long die durability.
2.    High strength: long service life. Important parts adopt high quality material with heat treatment.
3.    High accuracy: slide employs 6-side rectangle guide which guides well and precisely.
4.    High safety: a variety of steps have been taken to ensure the safety of operation. When the press is in the overload condition, the hydraulic overload protector sensitively prevents the machine and the die from being damaged.
5.    High reliability: the adoption of Programmable Controller (PLC), high quality electrical and sealed parts ensure the reliability of machine.
6.    Low noise: pneumatic wet-type friction clutch-brake is applied. Main drive gear, immersed in a closed oil tank, runs smoothly with low noise. (Model JZ21-400C adopts dry-type friction clutch-brake).
