Description:
These wear-resistant liners are used as a substitute for the
metal Hardox thereby reducing the
import of this metal, which has resulted in a significant saving of 20 million Euros annually for the countrys economy.
High alumina liners are superior to
rubber liners used in lining the walls of grinding mills being much more durable
and lasting, on average, five times longer.
They are basically cube shaped but are curved
and shaped correspondingly to their underlying surfaces. Such curvatures provide an integral layer with no pits
and grooves. All liners are packed in boxes labeled with the technical characteristics of the content beside a tracing code which meets the ISO standard requirements.
In the event of customers facing problems whilst installing liners, technical
and laboratory experts check the
products in situ. Any damage is compensated for if the
product quality is blamed for the inconvenience. Fortunately there have been few cases of such incidences.
