A special design of barrel type shaft seal in Huiquan HQDL pump has greatly improved is dependability to ensure safe operation and to make servicing and checkup much easier and fast. In the design of balanced seal, the barrel type seal has adopted a new-type material of wear resistant corundum to enable no failure for many years. All axial movement has been eliminated which is a solution to the abrasion between the conventional seal, shaft and rubber components.

The barrel type design makes sealing done within a few minutes, no need to use special tools and to disassemble the pump. It can replace the shaft seal within a few minutes.

HUIQUAN quick-installing is ometric template is fitted with HQ shaft seal to ensure proper assembling of sealing element, which helps to improve the efficiency, and there is absolutely no leakage from -20C to +120C and within the range as high as 25 bar. This is benefited from the high ratio of balance of Huiquan assembled shaft seal.

HQDL pump impeller is optimally designed to reduce eddy-current and friction loss, this making flowing more streamlined. Through careful simulation and test, the conventional linear guide vanes have been replaced by flexural ones.
