GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

*Dichromate-sensitized photo emulsion for laserwaxink-jet or conventional photo engraving

*Excellent adhesion to nickel rotary screens

*Very high mechanical and chemical resistance

* Medium viscosity , for 40~125 meshes

(9806 is equal to STORK SCR110)

(9806 A is equal to STORK SCR100)
*Optimum resolution for fine lines and half-tones

Available in five and ten kilogram containers. 20Kg per carton.

APPLICATIONS

Glue metal end-rings to nickel rotary screens.

GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

Two-component adhesive (Part A and B)

Highly resistant to shock and vibration

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Mix 1 part of Part A with 1 part of Part B by weight. Use within 60 to 90 minutes. To obtain optimal adhesion, degrease the end-rings surface. Apply an even coating of the prepared mixture to both end-rings and to the inside of the screen. Fit the end-rings into the screen. Let cure for 24 hours at room temperature, for  15 minutes at 150oC
