The permanent magnet brushless servo motor and DSP digital AC servo driver system is developed together by Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Wuhan Huazhong University of Science and Technology and our company. The driving system is the new generation high precision motion controlled products which is made up of rare earth permanent magnet three phase synchronous motor, rotor position detection and digital servo driver .The motor has the features of high rotating torque, good performance at lower speed, powerful overloading ability, steady speed, high efficiency of low cost, special structure, etc. Its driver adopts the new digital signal processor (DSP), programmable logic device (PLD), intellectual power module (IPM) and the best PID calculating ways which is to realize high frequency SPWM and magnetic-field direction control.
