SD60 isolator



SD isolator is the newly developed product by our company. It has the characteristics of small volume, convenient installation and nice appearance. The product is designed to accept cable-in/cable-out connections. When disconnected, the switch is capable of switching both resistive and inductive loads. It mainly used as the main switch in the terminal combined electric appliances, and can be applied in the circuit of AC 50Hz or 60Hz, rated current up to 100A and rated voltage 230V and 400V for isolating. This product also can be used to connect and disconnect the circuit infrequently, and is suitable for the wide use in industry and mining enterprise, high-rise construction and commercial or housing use. The product conforms to IEC60947-3 and GB14048.3.



Structural characteristics:



This switching contact adopts the double-point direct-moving structure, having enlarged the current capacity and meanwhile making full use of the electrical power supplement. At the same time, the handle-operating structure uses the springs reserving power to realize the speedy power on and off, having overcame the affection from the operating speed of the human power, exceedingly promoting working reliability. There is obvious colour mark to indicate the working condition of the contact so as to avoid wrong operation and improve the safety.
