Description:
The PCB automatic printing line consists of first printing, second printing, third printing and Back marking.
The printing process as follows:
1) Auto transfer the material from Loader to washing part
2) The clean PCB from washing machine transfers to the Cleaning part with alignment.
3) First Printing.
4) U.V curing of first printed PCB.
5) Other parts not to cure will be etched.
6) After second and third printing, this PCB will be turned over and Back Marking.
Characteristics of auto line
It etches PCB to rotate to the direction of rectangularity to use the rotary of 90 degree, so it can reduce the printing time and make the etching line minimize. The two-way take-out system is installed before each printing process, so you don't have any matte to printing one color or two colors. If the inferior material is found, you can remove it without stopping the whole line.  The standard side is always the front side. The standard side of one, two and three color is right side, and back marking is left side. So it can always supply exact registration.
