technology is inlay embedding and module
welding. The inlay is embedded into the
PVC sheet accurately by ultrasonic measurement and then the module and the inlay are welded within nitrogen
gas surrounding. The strength of the
welding points is secured higher than 80g within the safe factor. The above techniques are the most important
parts in contactless
card manufacturing. In order to further enhance the
card packing process and efficiency, Kaisere has set up a close cooperation with Sino Golden-Card Company as to the research and development of the application of relevant
equipment. The annual capacity for contactless
card is 25 million pcs.
