The principle of CMD-PA60 Plasma Spray Equipment is sending the metal or normetal powder to rigid nor-transfered plasma blaze, melting it and spraying it to the surface of work piece in high speed, then form a special coating.

Features:

1. Offering metal, plastics, alloy coating with special performance to meet the demand of different surface such such as  abrasion-resistant, heat-resistant,corrosive-resistant,insulation,radialization by using of plasm spray.

2. The coating is smooth and The thickness can be controled exactly.

3.the coating with lower interstice rate:1-3%, and higher bonding strength:50-70 Mpa.

4.the coating with lower oxid and impurity.

5.The temperature of work piece can be controled lower than 250º C, so it can be used on the surface of nonmetal materals such as plastics, painting, glass, asbestos fabric.
