Description: At a given pressure and high temperature condition, and the presence of catalyst, natural gas reacts with water to form reforming gas. The reforming gas is further processed to convert CO in the gas to H2 and CO2. Through the processes of heat recovery, cooling and separations, the resulting gas is further purified with a PSA process to separate product hydrogen. The impurities, CO, CH4 and CO2 are released from PSA unit during the regeneration process.
