Oxygen Generator

Description:

The process uses air as feed gas. The selected zeolite molecular sieve has much higher affinity for N2 molecules than O2 molecules. Also, the zeolite molecular sieve adsorbs N2 molecules at an elevated pressure, and releases N2 at a reduced pressure. This completes a cycling operation of adsorption-desorption process, resulting in zeolite molecular sieve regeneration and accumulation of product O2 stream at the end of the adsorbing device.





Oxygen generation by PSA and VPSA technology has been widely used in metallurgy, glass, paper, medical, cutting, power, water treatment, and environmental industries.
