Description:
Redstone series is applicable to all types of horizontal injection machine from 50 to 500 tons. Full AC servo motor driven on each axis, take-out at super high-speed(0.48sec.) and dry cycle time within 4.8seconds. It constantly positions the robot arm and end-of-arm tooling to degrees of accuracy within +0.15mm. Program can be taught. The motion can be set according different requirement, with high-efficiency take-out function. Applicable to take-out products with short forming cycle or complex automatic. It has ranges of model R600/R700/R800/R900/R1000/R11000, with two types of arms, single stage and telescopic type; Vertical Stroke: 600~1100mm. It can be added with sub arm for three-plate mold. To take-out at high-speed increases output greatly.
