PVC window and door profile extrusion line is mainly used for producing window profile, decoration panel, sliding panel. This window door profile production line adopts single or twin screw extruder customer requirement. With modern technology and optimized design, it has the property of high output capacity, long life and good plasticizing.

This production line consists of control system, SJSZ-65 conical twin screw extruder, extrusion die, calibration unit, haul-off unit, film covering machine and stacker. The extruder is equipped with FUJI converter, RKC temperature controller and other famous brand electrical components. After simple changing of the die and crew, it also becomes possible to produce foam profiles, wood-plastic composite products.
