There are 90 staffes in our factory. including 7 QC staff and 6 R&D staff, most of them has more than 5 years oversea working experience. The R&D staff has more than 10 years experience in packaging and printing industry, has the ability of developing 3 to 5 new production each month. Now We has over 5 sets of plate making equipment of famous brands such as Heidelberg, Screen, Cruser and Epson, has introduced in four sets of CTP computer to plate systems of Screen in recent years, CTP technology has been applied skillfully. We not only has the advanced equipment, but also has strict QC procedures. Every product needs 7 steps from be entry factory to shippment: Plan -- Design -- Feasibility Report -- Sample Produce -- Test -- Mass Production -- Final Inspection. The production ability of us is 30000 to 50000 paper boxes and bags each month. So far, we have produced thousands kinds of products, all of which are made as the customers' requirements and get through the ISO9001 and ISO14000 certification.
