Features

Its internal working chamber, exteral shell and inside and outside case cover adopt all GRP integrated pressure forming, with smooth surface. It has the following advantages: corrosion resistant, no leakage, high intensity, light weight and easty to clean.

Its top cover adopts water sealing type to prevent salt spray from outflow. Jacket air duct can heat up quickly and working chamber can rise temperature rapidly, with uniform temperature distribution. No air source to stay bar pneumatically, can open smoothly. (Top cover with clear organic glass is available.)

Tower type spraying system and spray nozzle are made of advanced material with extra care. Fine spraying particles, depositing salt spray naturally with uniform distribution, no crystallization for spray nozzle. (Salt spray deposition can be adjusted.)

Application

Suitable for accelerated salt spray corrosion test of protective coating of metallic material, automotive  parts  and components,  electric parts  and components, industrial products, etc. Can be used for all kinds of salt spray corrosion tests according to the standards of GB10587-89, GB2423.17-93 "The Basic Environmental Test Regulations of Electric & Electronic Products: Salt Spray Test Method" GB/T10125-1997 as well as equivalent IEC, DIN, MIL and ASTM.
