Functions and Characteristics

Using Model KJD5 Programmable Controller as the core control part, the device can select to collocate a display control table.

Have otional four operating modes of centralized control, automatic control, manual control and program control.

Have functions of start announcement and dotting liaison along belt conveyor line.

Have controls of multi-point drive, soft start and power balance.

Have interlocking functions between the belt conveyors and between the belt conveyor and the coal feeder, realize the start/stop control in normal sequence.

Have optimization control of the coal feeder and the feeding coal, and controls of divided mining, storage and transportation.

Can automatically adjust the belt tension.

Have multiple protection devices of emergency stop closedown, skidding (over-speed), misalignment, belt breakage, longitudinal tearing, coal heaping (blockage), full bunker, overtemping sprinkling and smoke, realize automatic stop due to fault, position display and sound alarming.

Have functions of detection and call display of misalignment and emergency stop position, belt speed, motor current, stator temperature of the motor, belt tension, coal level of bunker; can display in Chinese.

The device is programmable and the numbers of input and output are extendable, can meet the special requirements of the users.

Can form a network by self and also be networked with the monitoring and control system of the whole mine or factory.
