KJD2 Mine-used Monitroing and Control System for Belt Conveyor, suitable for the coal mine underground and the surface bad environment, can be used for centralized monitoring and control the transportation system of multiple belt conveyors and its correlative equipments.

Functions and Characteristics

The main monitoring and control station has two configurations of underground type of Intrinsic Safety and surface type of general and Intrinsic Safety, the system structure

uses with grading and distributing mode.

Have control functions for multiple belt conveyors such as start/stop against the coal

stream and start/stop along the coal stream.

Have control functions of start/stop by soft control, power balance, downward start/stop

and automatic tension.

Can start/stop the coal feeder and adjust the feeding coal.

Meet the requirements of divided mining, storage and transportation of coal.

Can centralized display the parameters of each belt conveyor such as running state, fault type, fault position, material level of the bunker, belt speed, instantaneous value in coal transportation, counting value, current driving the motor, belt tension.

Have all kinds of protection and alarming.

Have functions of Chinese character display and programming in field.

The main monitoring and control station can realize functions of drawing analogue diagrams, curves and tables when connected with computer or network.

Can be networked with the monitoring and control system of the whole mine or factory.
