DDC water finding paste can be used with a oil measuring tape,oil gauging tape, oil dipping tape, rod or calibrated line to determine water or gasoline level.

2,The range of the DDC water finding paste

Apply the DDC paste in the area that the level is expected to appear. When the paste comes in contact with water it will immediately change from white to pinkish/red, marking the level. You can also use it to successfully gauge all petroleum and by-products for water content, plus sulphuric acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, ammonia, soap solutions, salt and other chloride solutions.

3,How to use the DDC water finding paste

Place a thin film of DDC paste on clean oil measuring tape rod or bob  approximately

where level is expected to appear-lower tape or rod into tank until bottom is recheached.

Water gauge will appear by positive contrast or brilliant bolors: milk white to pink/red on contact with the water level.instantaneous in gasoline kerosene and gas oils.A few seconds longer required for heavy and dark oils.
