Howerer,we do promise to keep the defect rate close to zero as possible; which we already did.For this,our lst lesson on in-house training to workers is the motto"United we stand;devided we fall".Each involved worker's name is tagged on each product to ensure.questions are traceable before shipment,if any.Most importantly,we honor each order we produced and react responsibly to complaun till customer's full satisfaction.
