Description:
We mainly produce Ring-Spun, OE bamboo yarn. Count range can be Ne16 to Ne50, 100% bamboo and bamboo/cotton blended yarn.

Our spinning unit is equipped with 80,000 ring-spinning spindles and 60,000 compact-spinning spindles which specialized in new type yarn production. We have 8 sets of Vortex equipments from Muratec.

Advantages of Bamboo Yarn:

1. Bamboo yarn is a renewable resource.The entire plant is never harvested and re-growth occurs with astonishing rapidity.

2. Bamboo yarn is naturally anti-bacterial. Bamboo fiber contains a naturally occurring anti-microbial agent, Bamboo kun, which prevents bacteria from cultivating on it. Even through processing into fabric and after many times washes, bamboo fabrics still retain their anti-bacterial function.

3. Bamboo Yarn is Organic. The bamboo fiber in all our products are Oeko-Tex 100 certified, and made from OCIA & USDA-certified organically grown bamboo. Pesticides and fungicides are not used in the growing of bamboo as is it is seldom eaten by insects or infected by pathogens.

4. Bamboo yarn is biodegradable. Textile made with bamboo yarn can be 100% biodegraded in soil by microorganism and sunshine. The decomposition process doesn't cause any pollution environment.

5. Bamboo yarn is breathable. Because the cross-section of bamboo fiber is filled with various micro-gaps and micro-holes, so that it can evaporate sweat in a split second.
