Area calculating methods

1. Area of modular house: Area of one floor calculated based on outside length times quantity of floor.

2. Area of outdoor staircase, walkway is calculated based on the sum of projected area of natural floor.

3. Canopy is calculated based on half the projected area.

4. Trailing board outside wall shall not be calculated in floorage

5. 100 Meter Square in a 40 feet container
