1. Wire rope fixing: No escape of wire rope from the drum by means of P. T screw device.
2. Drum transmission: The drum is driven directly by the gear plate which makes it easy to replace the wire rope and change the rotate direction.
3. Brake: DC static brake and the advanced braking plate which is very durable.
4. Gear case: Be made of tensile cast iron FCD-45, tensile and not easy to break. With the CNCprocess, the gear case has high precision and less resistance.
5. Special motor: The motor of the winch has class E insulation, with large starting torque and small inertia, which can be used frequently for a long time.
6. Advanced bearing: The bearings are the famous brand in the world, and have long life expectancy, small resistance and low noise.
7. Driving gear: Be made of advanced steel with heat treatment, strong and stable.
8. Center gear: Be heat treated and processed precisely. Each gear is supported by a bearing so the gear strength is much stronger than the common ones.
