The first stage area is 100,000 square meters. Our locality is 60km from Tianjin new harbor and 5km from Jin-hu expressway, Jing-shi expressway, Dan-La expressway, and Jin-Tang expressway. Our company has the capacity of yearly production of 200 kilotons of helical welded pipe with the diameter ranging from 219-1820mm, thickness up to 18mm. In 2005, we acquired Tianjin ASP Steel Pipe Ltd which is the first one in the industry and has 20 years history.

Besides the professional auxiliary production equipment, the company has built up independent physical and chemical testing laboratory and welding laboratory (the testing center is equipped with means for tension, impact, hardness and metallographic tests as well as chemical analysis, and relevant inspection personnel), and perfected testing inspection process. Meanwhile, advanced production and testing facilities are incorporated in the production line, such as X-ray real-time imaging system, magnetic flaw detector, online digital ultrasonic flaw detector and digital portable ultrasonic flaw detector, Lincoln welding machine, wall thickness gauge, mechanical chamfering machine, hydraulic test machine, hydraulic test recorder and so on.
