Intelligent Battery Discharge Set is
design for the capacity tests
and maintenance of continuous
battery sets, DC power,
and UPS back-up
batteries. It conducts a check-up discharge test for
battery using three discharge modes: constant currant, constant resistance,
and constant
power. The discharge set uses SCM control; data can be stored up to 8 discharge times. Real-time online test
and record of discharge parameters let users view
and enquire parameters e.g. discharge modes, shut-down condition, etc. The data processing
software can
monitor the discharging condition, set
and amend discharge parameters, thus achieve the guard-free working in real terms.
Main Functions
Keyboard settings: discharge current, protection voltage, discharge capacity, discharging time, etc. test parameters can be set upon user's requirements.
Real-time monitoring: real-time
display and control of parameter settings (voltage, current, time, etc.)
Complete self-protection
and alarming function: the discharge set can
alarm on low-voltage, overheat,
power break-off,
and can automatically pause testing before any cell reaches an unsafe state.
Record
and Enquiry: maximum data
storage for 8 times discharges allows user enquiries.
Parallel connection: two discharge sets of same model can be connected via a connecting tray (optional), with flexible control
and independent operation on each set.
Real-time communication: RS232 interface for
computer upload, real-time monitoring, data analysis
and processing.
Data Processing Software
Using a Pentium? based system, discharge set incorporates proprietary interface circuits
and specific
software that can manage
and analyse the data collected from the discharging process. The
software is programmed to analyse current/ resistance/ power/ voltage movements,
print movement curves
and detailed data reports that show the
battery performance movement trends, break-off alarming
and test data, based on which the
