Faciliated with efficient machinery and equipment ,they are located nearround our Tang Xia Facotry exports an average of 40,000 units every month,Over 300 experienced workers provide an efficient workforce for the manufacture of both OEM and ODM products at 45 days lead time .

During Manufacturing ,We are implementing strict QC measures by put at least 4 QC procedures at the assembly-line end to ensure the products meet relative standars. It has already become standard for us to produce our toys pass through needle detedctors to check for metal splinters while Velcro and other small parts are designed not to casue injuries or choking . All the procedures which inplemented during lab testing like flame retardance,Colorfastnesss, Pull strength, Vibration, Absorption and Aging testing will be performed to ensure the durability of our Products .

We operate to ISO 9001:2000 certified management practices for your quality asssurance .We are emphaszing quality by adhering to various inernational standards, these included ASTM, EN71, EN62115, RoHS etc. In line with all those regulations ,we are require all raw materials to come with inspection sheets to ensure they are free from harmful lead ,nickel ,chlorine ,fomaldehyde and azo dyes .And for easier entry into the market,We also have connection with several inspection centers such as SGS ,BV and Intertek to assist our customer certify complinance with above specific standards.
