Description:
Take the E-glass roving and polyester glue of epoxy group as the main materials, this kind of product is continuously manufactured by pultrusion process.

Epoxy pultrusion rods are largely used on on-load tapping changing switch, oil filled or dry transformer of no-load switch, mutual inductor, reactor, electric generating set, welding machine. In addition,in the high voltage switch, they can also be used as the supporting bar for coil ventilation, slot wedge, insulating panel and so on.

The products will be manufactured and tested according to standards of DL/T864-2004 and IEC61109. Moreover, the products have also passed the Type Test helded by national authoritative organization of insulation materialsWuhan High Voltage Institute

The main material performance of composite core rods is their strong tensile strength. General speaking, the tensile strength of them can reach to 1360Mpa or more , which is largely surpass the 570Mpa index of tensile strength of No. 45 casting steel, and while the density is 1.92.1g /c -2.1g /c
