TYPE DISK TYPE SEPARATOR
BASIC FUNCTION
This is a sinking disk-type separator. It is available in the separation of three phase( liquid-liquid-solid) and clarity ( liquid-solid) when the solid content is between 1 % and 5%, such as oil solution, penicilin solution, erythromycin solution, antibiotics yeast solution. Its bowl is made of high strength anti-corrosive stainless steel. All other parts in contact with process materials are made of stainless steel ( 316 SS). Product separated by this machine is clean. It carries such advantages as compact structure, convenient operation, easy maintenance, good separation etc.

It is designed to be available both in separation( 3 phase) and clarity and discharge the impurity by manual work.
