Description:
Purposes:
The machine is mainly used for purifying treatment of industry-used fuel oil or light lubricant oil with high water content. It is also applicable for turbine oil, hydraulic oil and refrigerator oil with high water content.
Technical Characteristics:
1)    The machine uses technologies of high-efficiency fluid flash evaporation and gamma electronic oil purification. It can remove rapidly the trace water contained in the oil, offering more than 10 times degassing, dewatering and demulsifying efficiency than common types of oil purifiers.
2)    The machine uses West Germanys special magnetic filtering materials and absorption and filtration system. It can remove rapidly all kinds of impurities and particles to improve filtering precision. It can also be used as a substitute for cleaning devices of oil circuit system. Moreover, the filtering system enables automatic back-washing for many times, which consequently makes the continuous automatic back-washing applicable.
3)    The machine adopts trinity protection device and has functions of automatic infrared liquid level control and automatic temperature control. It is safe, reliable and flexible for moving with compact structure. It can be operated automatically without the presence of operators.
