Purposes:
It is mainly used for dielectric oil for various power equipments in power enterprises, especially for deep vacuum deaeration and dehydration purification of new advanced homemade dielectric oil or imported dielectric oil, and particularly for vacuum deaeration and dehydration purification of dielectric oil for large high voltage or extra-high voltage transmission and transformation transformer whose power is higher than 110KV.
Technical Characteristics:
1)    The equipment is based on DYG series vacuum oil filter, and has second vacuum intensification system and second vacuum separation system. Meanwhile, it can carry out vacuum oil feeding drying process to electric installations.
2)    The equipment adopts advanced technologies of highly efficient fluid flash evaporation and gamma electronic oil purification, and can quickly remove impurities of water, gas and particles from the oil, so as to ensure that there is no acetylene left in the oil, and quickly improve dryness and compressive strength to a degree over 70KV. The filtration effect is greatly improved, and risk of oil aging caused by repeated heating is avoided.
3)    The equipment adopts West German macromolecule magnetic material, and reticulation, molecule style multilevel filtering system. It features a large pollution load and high filter fineness. Besides, it can carry out an automatic washing to the filtering system, which can be washed repeatedly, thus achieving long-term automatic cleaning.
4)    The equipment adopts trinity German chain protective devices, infrared liquid level and automatic oil temperature control system, and pressure difference automatic protection system, so as to guarantee a safe and steady operation of the equipment.
5)    The equipment has trinity chain protective devices, infrared ray liquid level and temperature control function, so it is safe and reliable. Besides, it has a compact form, can be moved coveniently and can be operated in any environment.
