Purposes:
It is mainly used in industries of welding, incising, polishing, spray finishing, casting, chemical, timber processing, tobacco, pottery and paper making etc., on occasions of large and medium-sized welding, polishing or processing. Welding fume, soot, dust and harmful gas can be taken away right from the source, so that it will not spread to the environment. Therefore, air pollution is avoided, and the health of the workers is protected.
Technical Characteristics:
1)    The purifying system combines vacuum system, dust abating system, and control system together, and inlet scoop can absorb the fume simultaneously with the welding. As for gas shielded welding, inspiratory welding torch is applied. (Inspiratory welding torch combines inspiratory suction nozzle and welding torch arm together, so that inlet scoop is only a couple of centimeters away from the fume source. Therefore, inspiratory effect is fairly good, and harmful gas will be far away from breathing area.)
2)    The equipment has a master suction nozzle, which not only applies to common welding torch, but also can be used for polisher, vacuum cleaner. Besides, it can be matched with draft hood with magnet base to remove dust from manual electrode welding.
3)    It has a large air flow rate and good inspiratory effect. It can be operated easily, and maintained conveniently. Whats more, it has a built-in noise damping device, and dust can be removed from the filter element manually.
4)Dust abatement efficiency is as high as 99%. It has a large air flow rate and low noise. The inspiratory effect is good and the operation is easy.
5)It can also be designed and assembled according to the actual producing environment.
