Performance:

U.V roller coating machine is a kind of compounded coating units, composed of feeding, powder cleaner, base coating, IR dryer, U.V coating, U.V curing system and delivery units. It can combine any unit according to customers requirements.



Technology description:

Standard equipments

1.  Auto Steam Feeder

       High speed feeding sucker to achieve the feeding speed up to 8000 sheets per hour.

       Sensitive mechanical and electronical double sheets and mis-sheet detector

       Suspending loading sheet board



2. Powder cleaner

       Water washed, heating pressure, wheel brush powder cleaner are available at option.



3. Three roller base coating unit and recycling varnish supply.             



4.  Quartz tube dryer and conveyor

       R Quartz tube dryer.

       Teflon belt conveyor has automatic adjust deviation device



5.  Main U.V coater

       5 roller U.V coater can adjust UV varnish thickness easily.thick sheet 3 roller

       Front and back sucking conveying table and high sensitive air knife system to guarantee thin sheets of 120gsm can be coated smoothly.only adjust to thick and thin sheet

       Bottom roller has double doctor blade, which can remove U.V varnish effectively.



6.  U.V curing system

       Three U.V lights can harden the U.V varnish immediately.

       Full and half light conversion, U.V light leakage-proof protecting cover, U.V light automatic off when conveyor belt stops to guarantee operators safety.

       Auto temperature control inside,electronic switch off at emergency, equipped with cooling exhaust device, auto rise and fall of U.V light control box to avoid over high temperature inside.

       Auto adjust deviation device for Teflon conveyor belt with vacuum sucking passing sheet.



7. Automatic Delivery Unit.

       Auto suspending board delivery with thin sheet guiding device. Auto fall of suspend board with induction from sensor.

       Mechanical and electrical double sides trimmer to guarantee the sheet delivered smoothly.



8. Auto control

       Safe and reliable motors use invertors to adjust speed

       PLC control of whole machine for easy operation and maintenance.

       Centralized assembly of electronic control parts for easy inspecting.   

 

Optional eqiupments:

1.       Air conditioner

      Forced cooling to minimize sheet curling and sheet conglutination due to high temperature in the process of piling.



2.       Feeding/delivering non-stop mechanism

  Semi auto auxiliary table for sheet feeding to pre-pile out of feeder,hight:1100mm(43.3),to be pushed in by a dolly.

  When the delivery auxiliary table starts, the main machine decrease automatically to improve production efficiency.



3.    Extend U.V curing conveyor.

   Extended length,1800mm,to extend the flowing time of U.V varnish to make the coated prints   more glossy and elegant.



4.    Electuothremal and wheel brush combined powder cleaner

     Electrothermal roller brush compounded de-powdering system, electrical heating with brush depowdering.

   Roller brush de-powdering with strong air suction.
