Performance

This machine combines all the features of water-based and oil-based laminators and can be used for both type of coating application. It applies environmental-protecting water-based coatings quickly and efficiently, and it can also be used with more economical oil-based coatings.

Standard equipments

1.  Automatic Feeder

       Reliable suckers feed sheets smoothly at high speed.

       Sensitive mechanical and electronic sensors detect double sheets, and a stop board removes foreign objects. The machine stops immediately if any malfunction occurs

  Precise and reliable front and side guides.

       With non-stop feeding additional table.

       It can add heat-pressing powder cleaner to guarantee synchronization and continuous movement.



2.  Non-stop prc-loading pile feeder:

       Semi-auto loading pile.

       Pre-loading pile, max. Height: 900mm.

       Paper loading with cart.



3.  Laminating Unit

       The main unit composed of glue coating unit. curing system and laminating unit. Vertical arrangement makes machine body compact and light.

       High precise glue coating unit separately driven and speed can be adjusted to be surface for different glues.

  Laminating cylinder can choose electron-thermal or oil heating for auto temperature control. the cylinder surface is precisely  gadded and mirror-polished.

       When feeding abnormality occurs, the  firm will move back automatically.



4.  Drying system

       Drying system has auto temperature control for making filose of hennery.

       Hot air and hot cylinder united to dry to achieve high efficiency and retake drying effect.



5.  Automatic cutter

       Round rotary cutter with easily-controlled micro-adjustable speed.

       The electronic system automatically adjusts the speed of the cutter to be the same as the main unit.

       The independently-driven winding unit can wind sheets continuously and saves space.



6.  Auto delivery unit

      Automatic hang-board delivery includes a thin sheet in feeder as well as a photocell for automatic drop-off.

  Mechanical double-side pattern insures smooth, even handling of sheets

  Can be used in continuous operation



7.  Auto control

       Safe and reliable motors use invertors to adjust speed.

       PLC control for whole machine for easy operation and maintenance.

       Safety switch for whole machine with emergency stop switch to guarantee operators safely.
