Description:
Adopted the hot-cement, the machine is applicable for hemming materials of PVC,PU, real leather and fabric in the manufacturing industries of shoes, bag and clothes.
The machine adopts the single chip to control hot-cementing and hemming, it has the three functions as automatic running cut when edge along concave curve ,automatic slowing down speed when meet protruding curve and controlling orienting of electric motor, The whole process realizes intellectualized.
Adopt the touching panel to numerically display cement melting temperature ,flux and temperature of discharging cement which can be settled by stepless.
With advanced hemming mechanism, easy regulating ,it can get neat hem with even width and smooth curve.
The hem width can be adjusted from 3mm to 6.5mm,and can hem within strengthening tape .
It has the function as automatic running cut, the cement discharging system adopts double protection and the performance is very excellent.
Automatic position when motor stop running ,double protection in cement output system
The hemming effect is perfect, its productivity is 5~10 times than that of manual operation.
